Japanese Souffle Pancakes

Ingredients :
30g flour
20ml milk
2 eggs
25gr erythritol or sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla drops
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :
Step 1 - Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites until stiff, adding the erythritol/sugar slowly.
Step 2 - Whip the yolk with the vanilla drops, the milk and then the flour, making sure you get rid of all the lumps.
Step 3 - Incorporate the egg whites carefully with a spatula from top to bottom.
Step 4 - Add the dough to the preheated pan with a spoon, and when you notice that it is baking, turn it over to the other side as well
