2 Minute Cheese Naan Bread

A quick and cheesy delight that transforms any mealtime into a flavor fiesta! In just moments, savor the warm, pillowy goodness of freshly baked naan.


Total time: 10 min Servings: 4


Ingredients :

80g flour

1/3 tsp instant yeast

5ml olive oil (or any oil)

40ml warm water

20g greek yogurt (or any yogurt)

a pinch of salt

mozzarella


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Combine water, salt, yeast and yoghurt in a bowl, mix and then add the flour, form the dough (add flour if it is sticky), cover with a cloth and let it rise for an hour.

Step 2 - Roll out with a rolling pin, stuff with mozzarella and close.

Step 3 - Roll it out again and cook in a pan over medium heat for 3/4 minutes, then turn it over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 4 - Brush the surface with oil and parsley.
