Ingredients :
1 kg flour
2 packs (7gr) dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
4 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500 ml of warm water)

Step 1 - Mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough.
Step 2 - We rest the top covered for 60 minutes, divide it into 6-8 equal meringues, make meringues and then brew the top covered for 20 minutes.
Step 3 - We shape them by pressing them with our hands and cook them in a pan with back and front.
Step 4 - Make sure to use a cover when blushing, otherwise the inside will remain squeaky.
