Cheesy Pepperoni Calzones

Ingredients :
1 cup (140g) flour
1 cup (200g) Greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
garlic powder (to taste)
oregano flakes (to taste)
parsley flakes (to taste)
7 slices spicy salami (1 per calzone)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup (70g) low fat shredded mozzarella (10g per calzone)
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :
Step 1 - Combine yogurt, baking powder, flour, salt and seasonings until a dough ball forms.
Step 2 - Let sit for about 2 mins.
Step 3 - On a floured surface; roll dough out as thin as possible, using a small bowl to cut out 6-7 dough discs (you will need to keep bunching up leftover dough and rolling it out again).
Step 4 - Add fillings to one side of the disc, cover using the other side, seal the edges with your fingers and then with a fork.
Step 5 - Air fry for 10-12 mins at 400°F = 204°C (depending on how doughy or crispy you want them).
