Chicken Alfredo Lasagne

Ingredients :

lasagne sheets ( about 8 sheets )

300 g chicken breast

paprika powder

garlic powder

onion powder

salt

pepper

cajun powder

olive oil

pinch of lemon juice

dried parsley

mushrooms

1 minced onion

minced jalapenos

butter

3 minced garlic cloves

heavy cream

cream cheese

parmesan cheese


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Start off by seasoning the chicken with paprika, salt,pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun spice, dried parsley and olive oil.

Step 2 - Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat until done

Step 3 - Remove the chicken aside and toss in the mushroom in the same pan the remove after they are done.

Step 4 - In the same pan, add the minced onion, jalapenos, heavy cream, cream cheese, some butter, minced garlic and the same seasonings.

Step 5 - Top it off with some parmesan cheese and let it simmer for a bit

Step 6 - Add in the cooked chicken and mushrooms.

Step 7 - Start filling your lasagne sheets with this filling and roll them carefully.

Step 8 - Place them in a baking dish and top with the remaining sauce and some mozzarella cheese.

Step 9 - Bake at 180°C for 12 mins and then broil for about 3-4 mins until golden brown.
