Chicken Peppers: Delicious recipes for every taste bud

Succulent chicken meets vibrant bell peppers in a dance of spices, creating a mouthwatering dish that's quick, easy, and impossible to resist.

Ingredients :

400g chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)

3 onions

4 peppers

2 cloves of garlic

340g cream or condensed milk

1 tbsp hot paprika

2 tbsp parsley

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp paprika powder

1/2 tsp pepper

salt


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - We start by cutting 400g of chicken strips, and fry it in a pan preheated with oil for a few minutes.

Step 2 - Cut 3 onions into slices and put them on top of the fried meat.

Step 3 - Cut 4 peppers into slices and add them to the pan, then add 1 tbsp hot paprika, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, salt and mix them all well and leave them for a few minutes .

Step 4 - Chop/press 2 cloves of garlic and add it to the pan.

Step 5 - Add 340g cream or condensed milk and 2 tbsp parsley and mix everything well, then leave it on the fire for another 2 minutes
