Chili Oil Chicken Linguine

Ingredients :
8 oz linguine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons chili oil (fried chili in oil) adjust to your spice preference
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
salt to taste
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 onion sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
some pasta water
1 green onions, chopped
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :
Step 1 - Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Step 2 - Drain and set aside.
Step 3 - In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil, over medium-high heat.
Step 4 - Add minced garlic and chicken, with chili oil, fried chili and smoked paprika.
Step 5 - Cook until the chicken is cooked through.take out set a side.
Step 6 - In the same skillet add sliced onion, soya sauce and hoisin sauce with some pasta water.
Step 7 - Cook for a few minutes.
Step 8 - Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated with the chili oil and chicken mixture.
Step 9 - Add the chicken back.
Step 10 - Mix everything together.
Step 11 - Garnish with green onions.
Step 12 - Serve your Chili Oil Chicken Linguine hot.
