Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

These succulent delights are meticulously coated in a velvety blend of garlic and Parmesan, creating a flavor explosion that takes your taste buds on a gourmet journey.


Total time: 1hr. 5 min. Servings: 4


Ingredients :

5 lbs chicken wings — 20 wings

4 tablespoons oil

a pinch of salt

a pinch of pepper

2 small whole head of garlic

1 stick of butter

2 cup of grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

6 tablespoons of sour cream

parsley for garnis


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C

Step 2 - Take a whole head of garlic, cut off the top so that the garlic is exposed.

Step 3 - Add a touch of oil + salt and pepper.

Step 4 - Wrap it in foil (or parchment paper) and bake at 400F for 35 minutes or until the garlic is caramelized and soft.

Step 5 - Let it cool, squeeze it out of its shell into a bowl and give it a mash or a stir.

Step 6 - Set it aside.

Step 7 - Now add the chicken wings to a big bowl and season with salt, pepper, and add the oil.

Step 8 - With clean hands, massage it really well and add the chicken wings to the air-fryer basket making sure you don’t overlap them.

Step 9 - Air-fry at 380°F/190°C for 25 minutes tossing them halfway through. If the air-fryer has preheating instructions please preheat it for 5 minutes prior.

Step 10 - Five minutes before the wings are done, In a pan on the stove add the butter on low heat and let it melt

Step 11 - Stir in the grated parmesan and squeeze in the roasted garlic.

Step 12 - Add in the sour cream and and stir.

Step 13 - Once the sauce is creamy and smooth, take it off the heat.

Step 14 - Pour on top of the hot wings, garnish with parsley.
