Updated: Feb 17, 2024

Total time: 30 min Servings: 5

Ingredients :

250g flour

200ml milk

25ml oil

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

12.5 g fresh yeast

200g of cream or 200g of yogurt

2 pressed cloves of garlic

chili flakes

finely chopped parsley

grated cheese

𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - In a cup with 200 ml of milk, add 12.5 g of fresh yeast, 1 tsp of sugar and mix.

Step 2 - In a bowl, add 250g flour, the cup of milk from before (200 ml milk, 12.5 g fresh yeast, 1 tsp sugar), 25 ml oil, 1 tsp salt and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 - Let the dough rest for 10-20 minutes, or as long as you wish.

Step 4 - Put oil in a pan and let it heat up, then add the dough until it is fried on both sides (I made a hole in the middle, but you don't have to do it).

Step 5 - Add in a bowl 200g of cream or 200g of yogurt, 2 pressed cloves of garlic, chili flakes and finely chopped parsley, then mix them all well

Step 6 - After the lagos is ready, put the sauce on it and sprinkle some grated cheese.
