Maple Butter Sugar Cookies

Soft, buttery goodness meets the rich warmth of maple, creating a cookie that's simple, irresistible, and perfect for indulging your sweet tooth.


Total time: 15min. Servings: 6


Ingredients :

1 egg

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla exract

1 tsp baking soda

2 ¼ cup all purpose flour


For Maple Buter Frosting

⅓ cup maple syrup

6 tbsp butter

1 ½ cups powdered sugar


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F = 176°C

Step 2 - In an electric mixing bowl, beat your softened butte and brown sugar together for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 - Then, add in vanilla and flax egg.

Step 4 - In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.

Step 5 - Then, add dry ingredients to wet.

Step 6 - Once the butter is well incorporated, roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, press down slightly with your fingers to flatten the tops and then bake for 10 minutes.

Step 7 - Once the cookies are out of the oven, start your frosting.

Step 8 - Beat your butter until fluffy.

Step 9 - Then add in your powdered sugar.

Step 10 - Add in maple syrup.
