Ingredients :
45g glutinous rice flour
10g corn flour
50g sugar
2g matcha powder
10g hot water
80 ml milk
10 ml butter
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :
Step 1 - In a bowl, Add matcha powder and hot water; whisk until no lumps.
Step 2 - Add Milk and Mix until combined.
Step 3 - In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, sugar and the matcha milk.
Step 4 - Mix until combined; filter and transfer into a pan.
Step 5 - Add butter, mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
Step 6 - Knead for 3-5 minutes until stretchy. (It’ll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching it) (Use hand gloves to ease the kneading process).
Step 7 - Divide the mochi and coat with corn flour to prevent sticking.
Step 8 - Pair with cream and cookie crumbs.
