Nutella Chocolate Cookie

These cookies are a delightful collision of rich chocolate and creamy hazelnut, creating a heavenly combination in every bite.


Total time: 55min. Servings: 8


Ingredients :

170 g all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 tsp kosher salt

115 g butter (melted/cooled)

1 egg (room temp)

100 g sugar

75 g brown sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

100 g chocolate chips

100 g chopped dark chocolate

10 tsp nutella (freeze 10 equal sized balls sperately on a piece of parchment paper for at least 30 minutes)


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Combine the following dry ingredients 170 g all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/3 tsp kosher salt.

Step 2 - Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and whisk for 1 min by hand.

Step 3 - Add the egg and whisk for another minute.

Step 4 - Fold in the dry ingredients following the chocolate chips and set in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes.

Step 5 - Preheat oven to 175°C (fan oven).

Step 6 - Line a piece of parchmentpaper on your oven tray.

Step 7 - Bring the nutella balls out of the freezer.

Step 8 - Create 10 equal sized balls or use an ice cream scoop to scoop the cookiedough balls.

Step 9 - Flaten the scoop and fold in the nutella ball so its covered with cookiedough.

Step 10 - Roll the cookie balls in chopped chocolate and line them up on the tray.

Step 11 - Bake the cookies in oven for around 15 minutes.

Step 12 - Let them cool down for at least 10 minutes before digging in!
