Basic New York Style Bagels

Ingredients :

300g greek yogurt

200g flour

1 tsp baking powder


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add salt if you like, roll into a ball and form bagels

Step 2 - Soak them for a few seconds in boiling water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate, when it comes to the surface place it on a baking sheet, sprinkle with seeds and brush with an egg, bake at 180° C for about 20/25 minutes.
