Pizza Bomb

A bite-sized marvel that's a party in your mouth, featuring a doughy exterior embracing a molten core of gooey cheese, savory sauce, and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients :

350gr flour

240ml warm milk

45g erythritol or sugar (I used 20gr sugar 25gr erythritol)

5g dry yeast

1 egg

a pinch of salt


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Combine together the egg with erythritol, then add flour, milk and dry yeast, if you want also a pinch of salt.

Step 2 - Knead for a few minutes, the dough will be moist, but that’s normal, transfer it to a bowl with some oil and let it rise covered for 2 hours.

Step 3 - Roll out the dough, create the circles, fill with tomato sauce and mozzarella and fold them.

Step 4 - Brush with an egg yolk and a drop of milk and sesame seeds and bake at 180° for 12 minutes.
