Spicy Chicken Pasta

Heat things up with Spicy Chicken Pasta! Tender chicken meets zesty spices in a fiery dance, creating a pasta dish that's quick, easy, and bursting with flavor.


Prep time: 20 min Servings: 2


Ingredients :

150 g pasta

200 g chicken breast diced

1/2 white onion diced

75 ml double cream

1 tbsp olive oil

5 tbsp tomato paste

250 ml chicken bone broth

1 cup pasta water

3 tsp smoked paprika

2 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp oregano

1 tbsp fresh parsley garnish

1/2 tsp salt

75 g parmesan grated

1 tsp garlic granules


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Marinade the chicken in 1 tsp paprika and fry in 1 tbsp oil until it has colour on the outside.

Step 2 - Add the diced onions to the pan and cook down until the onion begins to soften.

Step 3 - Add the tomato paste and fry off for 1-2 minutes

Step 4 - Pour in the chicken bone broth and mix until combined

Step 5 - Pour in the double cream and mix until combined

Step 6 - Add the garlic granules, onion salt, salt, oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes and the rest of the paprika and stir until combined.

Step 7 - Add most of the parmesan ( save some for garnishing ) to the sauce and stir until combined.

Step 8 - At this point you can add the pasta water if needed, I used 1 cup but you should add it in small amounts until it's the consistency you like

Step 9 - Add your cooked pasta and mix until it's fully incorporated in the sauce.

Step 10 - Garnish with parsley, the rest of the chilli flakes and the rest of the parmesan.
