Thai Basil Beef: Gourmet recipe

Ingredients :
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb grass fed ground beef
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup loosely packed Thai basil (reg basil if you can’t find Thai)
fresh cilantro, optional
2 tbsp red curry paste (or chili paste)
3 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
salt, to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :
Step 1 - In a small bowl, mix together curry paste, coconut aminos, sesame oil and apple cider vinegar until combined.
Step 2 - Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium high heat.
Step 3 - Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon and stirring often, about 6 minutes.
Step 4 - Add the bell pepper, onion, sugar snap peas and garlic to the beef and cook until vegetables start to soften, about 5 minutes.
Step 5 - Pour the sauce mixture along with the fresh basil (reserving a fresh few leaves for the top) and continue cooking until basil starts to wilt.
Step 6 - Serve over brown rice and top with fresh basil and fresh cilantro.
