THE EASIEST Chicken Lasagna

Dive into layers of savory bliss with our Chicken Lasagna – a tantalizing twist on the classic Italian favorite. Succulent chicken, creamy béchamel, and melted chees.

Ingredients :

1 box lasagna noodles (gluten free)

2 fully cooked breaded chicken cutlets (gluten free)

1 jar tomato sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella (fat free or dairy free)


𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 :

Step 1 - Break the lasagna sheets into 3 smaller pieces.

Step 2 - If you use gluten free half of them are broken anyway so this fixes that problem!

Step 3 - Boil the lasagna.

Step 4 - Cook until al dente.

Step 5 - Cut the chicken cutlet into thin slices.

Step 6 - In a bowl, add the cooked lasagna and 1/2 the sauce.

Step 7 - Mix together and add to sheet pan. Spread into thin layer.

Step 8 - Bake on 375F until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
